Do I need to be there for the shoot?
No. Leave a key or let us in at the start — most owners never see us. We just need the space tidy, the lights working and the curtains open.
How long does the whole thing take?
Two to four hours on site depending on size, then your tour is live within 48 hours. Premium bookings get a 24-hour turnaround.
Will it work on the website I already have?
Yes. You get a plain link and an embed code. The link works in a WhatsApp message, an email, a Facebook post or a Property24 listing. The embed drops the tour straight into your own page — WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify or custom.
Can I use it on Airbnb and Booking.com?
You can share the tour link with guests directly and put it in your listing description or your automated messages. It converts hardest as the first thing a guest sees when they enquire.
Is hosting really included?
Yes — your tour is hosted on the Matterport platform and the fee is part of the package price. If a renewal is ever due you’ll be quoted upfront, never billed by surprise, and nothing auto-renews without you saying so.
Can you shoot a whole showroom, not just one vehicle?
Yes. Individual vehicles are Auto Point or Auto Max; a full showroom floor is shot as a property tour, so that’s the Signature package. Dealerships shooting stock regularly should ask about the monthly rate.
What if I renovate or restock?
We re-scan at a reduced return rate. Dealerships changing stock regularly are better off on a per-vehicle volume rate — ask us for the numbers.
How far do you travel?
Travel across the West Coast District is included. Beyond that — Cape Town, the Swartland, the Cederberg and further into the Western Cape — it’s a comfortable trip and travel is quoted upfront as part of your fixed price.
